Long-Term Internship / On-the-Job Vocational Training

This program, designed for students attending vocational schools and technical high schools, provides a semester-long opportunity to actively participate in real-world work processes. It offers a hands-on learning experience under the guidance of our field engineers and technical team.

Compulsory Summer Internship

This is our summer internship program, conducted within the curriculum, for students in departments such as civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, industrial engineering, and architecture. It offers two different experience areas: office and construction site.

New Graduate and Entry Level Program

We offer full-time positions for recent graduates who have completed their education and want to make a strong start to their careers. Your first job at Aytekin Construction could be one that, years later, you'll look back on and say, "I'm so glad I started here."
